The Challenge:
A corporate client, who is a luxury property developer contacted us as he was building a luxury condominium development and wanted to tailor make an offering to suit his development and potential residences and to support the sales of the condos.

The Solution:
We looked at the number of units, location and level of luxury and we tailor made a package to suit both the developers and buyers. We were contracted to be the luxury concierge of the building and fitted each unit with ipads for easy access to our team. At the point of purchase they are introduced to us and they meet with their account manager and we get to know them and their families and learn what their requirements are. We also have a full time concierge in the lobby of the building. This was a major selling point for the development and we then included a full day yacht charter on a 75ft luxury yacht with each condominium. In only two months the building was 80% sold out. We are now working on their next development.
